Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to confirm selected booked appointments. This amount will be applied to the total at your scheduled appointment time. All deposits are not refundable, non-transferrable between clients and will expire 30 days from your last appointment seen.
In need of cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, a 24-hour notice must be given. Failure to do so will result in the remaining full charge of the booked appointment time and the deposit will be forfeited. Furthermore, all future appointments scheduled are automatically cancelled and will need to be rescheduled. *The card on file may be charged without notice. **An additional fee may be required on ALL future appointments.
An appointment reminder notice is sent in advance, as a courtesy to you.
Keep in mind, when arriving late to your scheduled appointment time will result in a shortened application time. Arriving more that 15 minutes late to appointment may result in rescheduling appointment, thus forfeiture of deposit placed and a charge of the remaining full amount of scheduled appointment.
