Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to confirm your booked appointments. This amount will be applied to your total at the time of your scheduled appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable between clients, and will expire 30 days after your last appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the booked appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited. Additionally, all future appointments will be automatically canceled and will need to be rescheduled. The card on file may be charged without prior notice, and a fee may apply to any future appointments.
An appointment reminder may be sent in advance as a courtesy only.
Please note that arriving late to your scheduled appointment may result in a reduced application time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, which will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a charge for the full amount of the scheduled appointment.
